This is one of my most recent kits, she's 3 months old now but im just puzzled by the colour? Her mum is a Beige and dad is White Mosaic, I was woundering if she could possibly be a silver mosaic?
She's got white-ish fur with black/grey tips, black fingertips, black eyes and black ears also her tail is half white half black. Ive attached a photo so any ideas of the coulour would be brilliant :)

There are many selling terms for mosiac but she is a white mosaic, pure and simple. She has dark ears and dark eyes, ruling out a pink white from that pairing.

Silver mosaic is the same as a mosaic or white, they are just selling terms. :))

Technically, a silver is a white, and the term "silver mosaic" is simply describing that they have dark tips, which create the "silver". A true silver has no white on them and is born light standard-ish looking then fade out quickly. They are shown in the white classification for US shows, as they are a form of white, but don't have the "white" areas like a mosaic or white would.

Pheewww... I like ECBC because it's just white...

white mosaic was my opinion from the begining :) it's just i was researching last night and found a silver mosaic that looks just like her. But like you say, its just a selling term haha either was she's a beautiful chinnie :D

"silver mosaic" is an oxymoron. Silvers have a solid pattern - faded grey over the whole body. Mosaics are broken pattern. Both are whites.

Just a plain old mosaic.....

Cute tho....
