a little worried

I was switching cosmos fleece liner yesterday and I had to use the handles(I have a martin cage) to life it up over the liner. I accidently left the handle inside the cage I just saw it and he had chewed at the handle(it is made out of a rubbery plastic material). He had only chewed a small section off of each end. Should I be worried? Anything I need to look out for? I cant imagine what I would be like if I ever decide to have children I would drive myself crazy :crazy:

He should be fine. As with any other issue, you watch for normal pooping, peeing, eating, and drinking, along with normal energy. A small nibble shouldn't cause any problem.
