If she is smelling that bad, she really should have a bath for her own comfort as well as yours. Yes baths can be stressful but there are ways to minimize the stress level. Put a towel, or bath mat in your kitchen sink. You want her to have a solid footing so her feet don't slide around...

Although WHS can strike at any age and there are many different initial symptoms, I agree with Julie that it looks more like stiff legs and arthritis. I also agree with a vet visit and starting glucosamin/chondroitin. :)

I know some people use them but IMO, they are not safe for reasons LexieHeg mentioned as well as some hedgehogs will dig at them and the fibers pose a risk to hedgie toes.

Some girls are okay with each other but it all depends on the individual girls. Also, even if they do fine together at first, that can change at any time so you always need to have a second cage just in case. Boys should never share a cage as they can fight and cause severe injuries or death...
