My chins have Silver Surfers and they love them. Very nice wheel for the price. I have never tried the Chin Spins, but tons of members here on the board say they are a great wheel. I'm sure either would be just fine :) The Chin Spin is larger and has a bit larger running space than Silver Surfer.

I honestly think 4 days is too long for a chin to be alone without anyone checking. I would try to find someone to check in once a day, and leave plenty of food and water. Buy the extra water bottle and feed dish. I would think that someone checking once a day would be enough, just to make sure...
