    Behaviour during playtime

Leave half an inch or so. I promise you, it won't hurt her a bit as long as you don't cut her face. The whiskers grow back pretty quickly too.

Squish Bonding. Best Method Or Cruel?

If a chin is displaying dominance toward another chin, cutting their whiskers stops it most times. It doesn't hurt them and they will grow back, but by the time they do, generally the dominance issue has been settled.

    Brown Discharge Female Chin?

There should not be brown discharge. That could be pyometra or something equally dangerous. I'm glad you got her to the vet.

    Chinchilla and Parrot

It's going to want to climb your chin cage. You need to be sure it can't poop on the chin and that they cannot bite at each other. It's likely he/she is going to scare the chin because they're not used to each other, but they will adapt. I have a macaw. He screams like a freaking banshee when...

    Behaviour during playtime

You can try trimming her whiskers short. It sounds more like she's trying to be dominant, not so much angry. As for spraying, and I know people will spazz about this, but I keep a small spray water bottle nearby for really bad sprayers (which, thankfully, I don't have very often if at all)...

    Eating loose fur

Is she actually consuming it or just pulling on it?

Critical Care Force Feeding- Tips, Suggestions?

I wrap mine in a towel, burrito style, with only their head exposed. If they are wrapped well, they can't struggle and it makes it a heck of a lot easier to feed them.

Squish Bonding. Best Method Or Cruel?

A lot of people use it. I used to. I don't really need to anymore. I just cut whiskers, clean cage, throw in a dust bath, and watch.

    Argh, stubborn stains..

Nope. Not that I can see.

    Argh, stubborn stains..

They're just stains. As long as there is no mold or anything like that, don't stress about it. I've never sanded a house down!

    Ryersons supplement

Write to them and ask them for the recipe. I used to have it as I mixed my own, but that was a loooong time ago. They also used beet root in it. Try fuzzieskingdom.com. My chins go nuts over it.

    DIY Projects

You can use Elmer's wood glue or put it together with screws. I've done both.

    Soft Baby Chin Stool

Ditto what Amethyst said, but I'd like to add, no treats until after 6 months. If you want to give him a "treat" give him a hay cube or a wood chew.

    Water

I didn't read through everything, but have you tried different types of water bottles? Mine are not fans of the ball type nozzles. They like the glass tubes from Ryerson's.

Painful bloat/gas + GI blockage, but still pooping?

Massage and baby gas drops. If there is no blockage, which appears to be confirmed on x-ray, but a lot of gas, get simethicone baby gas drops. They love the taste and usually have no issue taking it. Then get him out and massage his belly over and over trying to break up the gas so he can...

    Alarming Droppings

Didn't you just switch them to a larger, strange cage? It's possible that he's not used to that and has a bit of stress constipation. It sounds as though he's not drinking as much as usual by your description of the poop being "rougher." Does he have access to a water bottle at the spot where...

That looks great. I'm thinking you'll have some very spoiled fuzzkids.

    The Ferret Nation Club

What an awesome set up! I wish I could do that for my guys, but it's just not practical.

Chin with labored breathing, not getting better with antibiotics. Thoughts?

Gentocin is the eye drop and SMZ TMP is trimethoprim sulfa. It doesn't sound like teeth are the issue, as confirmed by your vet. Chins have a very, very delicate respiratory system. Anything can set them off. Is he in an area with a draft? Is there a fan blowing at him? Is he on dusty...
