You can also try dipping the tip of the syringe into a bit of blackstrap molasses or Dyne to give it better flavor to try to entice your chin to take it. Then you want to just give a small squirt at a time to reduce the risk of your chin aspirating it.

I'm sorry for your loss. Without a necropsy, there's no way to know for sure the cause of death. It could have been gut-related (impaction or stasis?) or something genetic or unavoidable such as a heart attack. How old was the daughter? Is the mom healthy?

Your chin is a hetero beige. The beige mutation has ruby eyes. I like looking at the eyes of my beiges. I think they are pretty with the little flecks. My **** beiges' eyes look like paler pink translucent jellybeans.

The good thing about vitamin C is you can't overdose on it as it is a water-soluble vitamin and any excess is excreted in the urine. It wouldn't hurt to give treats with vitamin C such as rose hips but not absolutely necessary to give vitamin C either.

There is no evidence of TOV in that kit. Even though it's a newborn, you would have some indication (a mask or just darker around the eyes) if it were. From that pairing, all you can get are beiges or TOV beiges.
