All my boys except CJ were relocated to my basement 6 weeks ago as I kept him upstairs with me to keep a close eye on him, since he's my special boy. It has been so hot and HUMID for the past few weeks that our central a/c has been running pretty much non-stop. In the basement it has been a steady 63-64 degrees with humidity levels between 42 and 45%. On the main floor it never gets above 72 degrees and the humidity has gone from a steady 40-42% to 49%.

Last Saturday we moved CJ down to the basement as well because he wasn't as playful and energetic as he used to be before all this heat and humidity came around. I had not seen him go on his wheel for about a week and was eating less and it started to concern me. I wasn't sure if it was due to his teeth issues or if was weather related. Thesse pics are all from last weekend when we first moved him to the basement and what a HUGE difference in his personality did this move make. I only wish I had taken a video clip to see and hear all the jumping and flying and communicating that all the boys were doing when CJ moved in.

As I was getting his cage ready, I put him in the playpen, he was so crazy in there. I should have moved him down
there when we moved all the boys last month but...

It was so cute that all the boys came out of their sleeping spots to welcome their new roommate. Dang, I should have
videotaped all the conversation going on between Ivory, Pepper and CJ. Here's Ivory saying hi to CJ...

I thought that was a real chin just chillin on top of CJ's cage!! It isn't, right? I'm not really sure even now!! The second picture is adorable.

I've had my AC on nonstop this past week or so also. Some days it gets a bit over 20C with it on but most days I'm just trying to combat the humidity.

It's a party in there! Yay CJ! Check him out running on his wheel. So happy he is feeling better.

I'll tell you right now where CJ is running to---Auntie Laurie! He's a Packer Fan man!!!!

It's very cute from a distance! If you squint, close one eye, and put a kaleidoscope in front of it, it looks cute up close too!

Sandi? Can I move in your basement? It looks so nice and clean and cool.

Your setup is awesome and your chins are beautiful!!!!! However, I have to ask one question...did you have a hand vac on standby because I don't see one chin poop in any of your cages!! That is just not possible LOL

Okay Sandi, everytime you post pics, I have to cover my chin's eyes...

Very nice chin area and I am glad that CJ is wheeling again. He is such a cutie pie!

Glad CJ is thriving with the change of locale! Those wheeling pictures are so funny!

I'll tell you right now where CJ is running to---Auntie Laurie! He's a Packer Fan man!!!!

I love ya Laurie but over my dead body is my CJ a packer :)vomit:) fan! He will only run over to you for some cuddles and baby Lisa chin :D!!

Laurie, I should slip some Packer chin paraphernalia in Sandi's box I have to send her. Think she'd notice?

:D

Love the pictures, such lucky boys you have!
