Hello,
new to the forum.

I just got my chinchilla today. I thought an old cage would work, but she is managing to get out of it...I have no clue how she is doing it.

Anyway, That means I need to buy a new one. Everyone on here I noticed recommends the FN cages, but would this work? They are basically the same, right?

Totally understand if you guys also recommend the the two cages verses the one ;).

that is similar to a ferret /critter nation....how old is you chin? mine at least 3/4 year age unknown because of no history and can still squeeze through 1/1/2 space...I know this because she sneaks though a space under my bureau that I had to barricade....another option is to use wire to cover the cage.....

as seen in my pic ....

Hello,
the store estimated her to be a about 4months old..so I would say 4-6months most likely. She is still very small, and I think part of that is because she does not like the food they have her on. I plan to switch her to a new food, I am just waiting for it to come in :).

I was able to get her a cage today, locally, and she likes it. :)
