Will he lose my trust?

I am going on vacation so i am leaving my chinchilla with my dad. He has all his stuff, but I'm afraid that he will be super frightened from the move and he will lose my trust. I'll only be gone for 6 days, but i'm still worried he'll be all freaked out once i take him back to his regular home.

He may be a little miffed when you get back, but I'm sure he'll be fine.

He might give you a little tude when you get back. He will be fine though. I just went through the same thing. When I got back Shell bit my nose and then decided I was still ok. Perhaps she remembered I am the one who feeds her and lets her roll in dust.

Yeah he's making these weird noises when i try to pet him, but im glad he'll get better when i get him back. Have you ever experienced your chins not eating because they were so stressed out?
