Hello! Me again, with another question 
So I am getting my firsts chinchilla soon, and I've done loads of research for months and I've read lots of posts on this forum, but im getting paranoid now and I'm thinking I don't know everything that I could. So I have a few questions.
1) Weighing chinchillas? How often should I weigh them? I was thinking maybe once a week. How often do you weigh your chinchillas?
2) Do you keep a journal? I feel like I should keep a journal and write down their weights, diet, hours of play time they got that day, any changes in behavior. Would this be helpful?
