Just a quick run through. About three months ago he was diagnosed with spina bifida and we did an experimental surgery to give him a chance. And over the past three months he had gotten worse so we decided it was time to stop prolonging it and put him to sleep.
It was a battle that just couldn't be won.

I'm so sorry. When I got your picture message it broke my heart and made me cry a bit. I'd never meet the little guy and lived with him, you were there with him through it all so I know its hard on you. But you did everything you could and like you said it was a battle that couldn't be won...but you never gave up on him. He knows he was loved very much...
