Red Skin On Belly

Sorry if this is a little inappropriate but I've noticed that on Sonic's belly where his testicles are is a bright red color. Is the skin there supposed to be red or is it some kind of rash? Could he be allergic to something?

I don't think it is supposed to be very red. Do you notice him scratching? How is he today?

Shouldn't be bright red. A healthy pink is good. Is any other area on his underside red -- like his belly or chest? Is there just a change in color or any differences in the texture (like skin looking more dry/flakey/raw/irritated) or amount of fur.

I'm thinking a few possibilities like a rash or irritation from his bedding or if he was laying on an under-cage heater/heating pad or possible urine burn if he peed and slept in his pee.
