Red Dot on Hedgies Penis?

i have an albino male, he's about a year old now.

i just had him out and i noticed a little red dot on his penis (just the little circle part that is always out). it's not bloody/blood, but it almost looks like if u took a quill that was razor sharp and poked it.

has anyone seen anything like this before? behaviorally he is the same and everything, and its not like its bothering him, just me any suggestions as to what it might be?

Hard to tell. He could have gotten a quill poke. Or otherwise cut himself somehow. I'd just monitor it for now.
