Rat Rescue in Nor. California?

Does anyone know of a rat rescue in northern california? A lady is surrendering two chins to me and asked me if I know of a rat rescue because she just took in a rat and knows nothing about them.

Menagerie would know where one is. She's very involved in the whole rat scene and they have foster homes pretty much everywhere.
