My chinchilla got her pee on her fur

My chinchilla peed her bed and laid on her own pee. It wasn't much, but now that its dry, her hair is sort of crunchy on the tips. It's on the side of her back.

She's been picking at with her teeth and i've bathed her in her dust. I've tried brushing it, but it doesn't do too much. I would really have to tear through her hair with the brush to get it out ): which I'm not gonna do.

How can I get this out?!

I had a similar problem. My chinchilla get coconut oil on her fur. I'm no expert, but just continue with baths and it'll go back to normal soon. At least that's what I experienced.

You could try wiping with unscented baby wipes. After that, let her dry thoroughly, then dust baths as usual.
