I'm new to hedgehogs. List of foods..?

Hello, I'll be a new hedgehog owner next month (March 20) and i was wondering if there is a list of foods out there that hedgehogs can and can not eat. I'm wonderng because alot of different websites state different things. I read in a book to give it grapes but they people say they are posionious to hedgies.

So can somebody please provide me with a list of foods hedgehogs can and can not eat? It would really be appreciated.
