Here's my special boy

Although I would probably not recommend buying a chinchilla from Petco, this is where Carby came from 3 years ago. He has always been much more shy than my other boys but is starting to warm up. :thumbsup: I can now give him scritches most of the time and he will take a stick or rosehip out of my hand.

He has a bad leg but I've never had him x-rayed. When he sits or runs, you can see that it looks like one hip is out of alignment. It's never seemed to bother him or slow him down.

I think he's a beautiful boy.
