So my little beast of burden came with a brand new bag of the food pictured. I have done my research here to find out what is safe chin food and what is not. Needless to say I am picking out all of the fruits and veggies, but I can't identify some of the things in the mix

In the last pic the things in the bowl are obvious no gos. The rose hips and flowers are pretty easy to identify but I do not know what the other things pictured are.

Can you guys identify the mystery items?

Thanks in advance for your help. You guys have been invaluable.

I'd just trash that bag entirely and do a cold switch to a high quality feed. I switch back and forth between Oxbow and Tradition, depending on availability.

I see rolled oats, carob, rose hips, and papaya. I'm not sure what the rest of the items are. Regardless, I would just do a cold turkey switch on to a good quality feed.

Thanks for the help!

I live in a small town with very limited access to a wide variety of chin food. I have read all of the labels on chin food available in my area and surprisingly this is better than most. I found only one that was Timothy based and not filled with junk. Of course I can't remember the name of it now. For now I am picking out all the things and just feeding the pellets and lots of Timothy hay. No oxbow or tradition here :/ I guess I will be ordering some online in the future.

Like others said, just trash that stuff.
I buy Mazuri online, straight from their website. Since there's no middle-man store it's the best price. As long as you can make sure you order before you're running low its fine. (they usually have shipped faster than they estimate, but i always plan for it to take longer than they say just in case).
