Grapevine processing...

I have access to organic grapevine. One way of processing that I was advised of is:
1. Boil the vine for 10 minutes.
2. Bake on the lowest setting for three to four days turning in the morning and evening.

Is this the process you use? I searched for grapevine with no definitive answer on the how long.

I boil mine, then i usually scrub them incase anything left on them..Wrap in foil and cook until dried through on medium heat.
