Eye stuck shut?

I found Snuggles with his eye looking like this, this afternoon. It appeared to be stuck shut with gook. I used a warm cotton ball to wipe his eye off, and he seems okay now. Should I call my vet or see how the little guy is? He is 10 days old.

I just brought my boy to the vet last night.. he has the same problem. He has pink eye. yes bring him to the vet... they'll give him eye drops for it.

His eye seems fine today, no more gook or anything.

Vet can always do a swab of the eye to determine if there is an infection.
Tho I'm not familiar with baby's or if they commonly get eye gunk?

Glad the little one is looking better!
