Does THIS look normal?

Hello,
i'm new to hedgehogs and getting a male.
i am / was a little freaked out about this picture

is this normal for guy hedgies? (The back end?)

Minus all the poop, to me, it looks like he is in a position that is pushing his testicles out to the one side. Probably his leg is underneath. Some boys are fairly well endowed. Not as obvious as a rat but certainly noticeable. The reddish tinge to his skin looks like irritation from being dirty.

I have had 5 boys and all 5 have had testicles like that. Especially Aero's. There is nothing wrong with the size of them in this picture.
