my sister left a stuff animal on my chinchillas cage and overnight, he bit part of the felt off, he didn't eat any of the stuffing inside. this morning, i found some of the felt and he is eating and drinking fine. his urination patterns and poo all look fine too. should i bring him to the vet?

Just keep an eye on his appetite, poops and activity level. If either change or stop then would be the time to take him to the vet.
