I changed my chinchillas litter box a few days ago and she hasn't peed in it once. She's been drinking but I don't think she's been peeing. I'm really hoping she's just having accidents (I have fleece so you can't really tell if she pees on it or not). She's been acting normal nothing weird. Should I get her the Oxbox natural urine medication?

If she is drinking she is probably peeing, you could try just taking the fleece out for a little bit to just make sure, as you would see the pee on the pans. You could also try feeling the fleece for wet spots, with a paper towel and a glove if you are icked out about the idea of touching it. I wouldn't get any meds unless directed by the vet, if she isn't peeing then you need to get her to the vet now, there could be a blockage or something.
It's not uncommon for chins to decide they don't feel like being pee trained anymore though, if that is indeed where she is actual peeing. So peeing outside the litter box is not a reason for concern like it would be for a cat.
