My chin loves the central AC in the summer, a constant 71 nice and dry, no humidity, and in the winter my house is never warmer than 65 degrees, so its perfect for both of us.

I was going to ask the same question; my Ike (female) has never sprayed me and she is 14 years; when she is displeased she will bark :) My ex had 2 boys and they sprayed the wall near their cage all the time, it was more than a dribble for sure!

My Ike get out of her cage several times a week; i close all the doors in the hallway and block the living room with 2 large pieces of cardboard about 5 feet high; i had shorter boxes but she leaped right over them and ran around the living room lol. She runs up and down the hall and does laps...

My chin must love me :) i keep the house at 62 degrees in the winter and have central air in the summer, always dry in the house. My Ike is 12 years old now and still quite active, hasnt slowed down at all, which im thankfull for.
