Most do not ship because shipping animals is fairly traumatic...especially for skittish animals like the chinchilla. A reputable breeder typically will not be willing to ship a chinchilla, they will make you come to them to pick them up.

Personally, I think the anti-pill is better, because I think the pilling is just a temptation for the chins to chew on it. I'd hate for one of them to eat those!
