Okay, so this is a little late, but I just wanted to share some pics and introduce Zoey and Winrey. Zoey has the white tail and Winrey is the Standard Grey. I bought Winrey on a total whim, I work at petsmart and we got some new chinchillas in when I was there and so I decided that I wanted one. Almost exactly a week after I bought Winrey we got Zoey in the store. She was pretty much the cutest thing I had ever seen. So I called my mom and begged her to let me bring another one home, but she said no so I spent the rest of the night attempting to convince her that Winrey needed a friend. My mom still said no but I was not ready to give up on her. Tragically the next day when I went to work she was there when I clocked in, but by the time I went on break she had been sold. I called my mom almost in tears because I had wanted to bring her home so badly and she just told me oh you knew she was going to be sold sooner or later. Christmas morning came and we opened our presents and after we cleaned everything up my mom was like oh yeah I have one more present for you and went into the other room and brought Zoey out. She had been keeping her in her closet for almost a week (not as cruel as it sounds my mom has a huge walk in closet with a light) and the people I work with had even her a cage to keep her in.
