Ok, so lately Keith has been on this health kick, and started going to the gym, etc and he's been bugging me to go to the gym with him. Now, I'm not much of a gym person, the whole idea of going to a gym and working out on some sweaty equipment someone else has used just has never really appealed to me. However it has gotten me into thinking about my own health to an extent and in high school, I took a yoga class as a supplemental phys ed course, and it's definitely something I'd like to get into doing again, as it was really energizing and relaxing.

Now, I also know that there are different types of yoga. So, basically, what I'm wondering from you all is this: do you know of any good resources for doing yoga that would also help with toning and slimming down that I could maybe do at home? I've been looking into yoga studios in the area, but I don't really have the money for $8+ a session, especially since I'd like to get into doing this daily if at all possible.

Thanks, guys!

I have some yogalates that I enjoy doing, they stretch and relax, and strengthen as well. You don't "feel" like you're working out but later you can tell.

Not yoga, but I do Zumba at my Y and I love it :D

I hate working out, but this isn't like working out since it's an hour long and I don't even pay attention, too busy dancing!

I'd love to try Zumba, but I'm looking for something I can do at home in my room, inexpensively, that isn't going to disturb the downstairs too much lol.
