Worried about my dogs

Well i have two dogs, and whenever there is a thunderstorm the younger one will rip the fence apart and break out and the older follows, well the older dog is 19 in human years, their average lifespan is 15, so thats already hurting her, then she is deaf, and can barely walk with out falling, but they got out, and luckily we found them when we came home from a swim meet and got them both home, but they were both soaking so i dryed the older one off, but im really worried she may not make it, they are in a bathroom being heated right now but she looks really bad

I had a older german shepard with arthritic hips, and an aspirin a day really helped!
Hope they'll be alright!

Oh no! Any update? I know how scary it can be to worry about an older dog, since they become part of the family! I hope they are alright!
