Will fleece shrink?

I bought fleece liners. They are already an inch shorter than the pans. I'm worried that they will shrink if they're washed? What can I do to not shrink them in anyway? they're anti-pill fleece.

They might shrink just a little more. Definitely do not put them in the dryer. I take mine to the laundromat as I have way too many for my machine at home and they come out of the wash almost dry anyway.
