We have one :) Everyone loves it!! I think its a riot!!!

My stepmom bought it, and lost interest in it within a week. Its fun for a while, but I haven't really gotten into it :] but lots of people I know have it and love it.

Oh theyre great! Just don't JUMP whenever you do the skijump LOL. You will figure it out...Its easy. Is your Granddaughter old enough to try yet? :p :p

I have it and I really like it. I dont use it as often as I should though. My son who is 8 also really likes it.

I looooooooooooooooove my Wii Fit! I do at least 30 Wii Fit minutes every day. It gets more fun once you unlock more stuff... I do the hula hooping, advanced step (I add my own hand weights for an extra challenge), and the expert rhythm boxing every day. I also do 2-3 yoga poses and 2-3 strength training exercises as warm ups and cool downs.

The game is fun and all, the best thing about it is that it has actually motivated me to do more physical activity, and so I go to the gym three times a week now for kickboxing classes and Zumba classes. I use to dread going to the gym, but the Wii Fit motivated me to do more, and now I actually look forward to going! I hate doing monotonous exercises like running on the treadmill or the elliptical, so the Wii Fit and group exercise classes are a life saver. And with my wedding in less than six months and a honeymoon in Jamaica, I've got to tone up all that I can!

I think the best part of owning a Wii Fit is that all I need is a small bit of time and to move my coffee table to get a brief workout in the day.

Bottom line -- LOVE my Wii Fit! Best $90 I've spent in a long while.

Warning: the wii fit really works, lol! The first time I tried it, I was very sore afterwards! Of course, I realize that's the goal, lol. I'm just saying that it works better than you might expect ;)

I really like ours. They are great when we have friend over & you can link more controllers to play.

I also enjoy the fit because, well, its a fun way to get moving. I have found myself putting it off more & more though. (I think its just because spring is here & i've been trying to prepare the house & outside!!!!) =]

My son, 3, is very into trying as well. He actually isnt all that bad & seems to get it after a few times of trying. (Of course hes not going to beat any scores just yet, but it makes him feel good & like hes a part of the crowd too!)

Congrats, im SURE you will love it. I dont have anything negative to say about it that i can think of.

Thanks for all the input so far. Today I was just so proud I got the Wii on and running but I didn't try to program it for the Wii Fit yet. I played a little MarioKart and then I bowled and played a little baseball. I had some trouble but the wonderful people in chat helped me along. I didn't know there was a receiver bar sort of thing. It had fallen behind the TV and I didn't even know it was there. The Wii is my daughter's and usually when I play the kids just get it up and running for me. I'll try the Wii Fit tomorrow. I am trying to lose some weight.

Okay, I used the Wii Fit for the first time today. I found it pretty user friendly considering I'm not good at all at game systems. I made my profile, built my Mii (it really looks a lot like me) and did some breathing and stretching warm ups with the yoga menu, went on to a couple of balance things (heading soccer balls, tilt table, ski jump), did some aerobics (hula hoop x2, step programs x2) then did a yga breathing program. It was fun and I really felt like I was working some muscles. I really enjoyed it. Then my daughter did it and when my son came to my daughter's apartment, he did it, too. :dance3:

I hope Wii Fit is going well for you! I had totally forgot about Wii Sports boxing until this thread... I've incorporated it into my workouts after my daily Wii Fit routine... certainly makes me feel pretty darn good!

Here's a couple fun websites that have some good tips, a small community, and some routines if you're interested in trying them out or see what other people do:

Just some fun things to read and test out!

Thanks for that link, Moo-Shoo Mom. I will look into those. I have unlocked the advanced step routine and I like it. I have also unlocked advanced Hula Hoop but I haven't tried it yet. I do the regular step, then the advanced then the regular step routine as an aerobic. Slow start, harder workout, back to a cool off. Start and end with balance exercises and yoga stretching. I'm having fun with it so far.
