Hi everyone

I am getting a chinchilla soon and it's gonna be between 3-4 months old, so not that big. After looked at plenty of cages, I am a bit confused so was hoping to get expert opinion.

I found 3 particular different types I can afford:
A

B

C

Or for bigger image: http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/show/105926974/chinchillaratdegu-cage-and-accessories.html

My questions are:
1. Between A & B, which is better? One where the cage isn't divided by wire, allowing the chin to jump around or one where I can hang stuff from the dividing panels?

2. Is C tall enough? A lot of the placed I read say height is important as they like to get as high as possible and look down.

I know with A I have to make sure the spacing isn't big enough that the chin's feet would be trapped, and if so could use cardboard or fleece, right?
And with B I need to cover all the plastic bits and bobs with fleece (or replace with wood platforms, but I dunno where to find them here)

I tried finding critternation or ferret nation cages here but the few I have are all over my price range atm.

Any help would be much appreciated.

B looks a lot sturdier. Both are plenty tall, but B looks sturdier. I think they are both going to be a pain in the butt because you have to lift the cage out to clean them rather than sliding out a tray, but you can get around that by vacuuming and wiping them down I suppose. I also like the three doors on B and the solid shelves and ramps. You can replace those with wood, which most people would do, but until you do (or if you are lucky and your chin doesn't chew them so you don't have to) those are much safer than the wire ones. You shouldn't have to worry about toes getting caught in openings and broken legs occurring.

I just emailed the seller, and the spacing of the wire is a bit too big (2.5 cm), as it's a small chin, do you think it'd be able to escape easily?
