when should i give medicine?

my chin has a URI and i was told to give her medicine twice a day. today i gave it to her at 1 and i was just wondering if i should space it out because i wanted to give some more to her now

Generally every 12 hours. Give it in the morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed.
