When is a chinchilla full grown

I am wondering at what age a chinchilla is done growing, and considered fully grown? Is my 8 month old girl done growing, and is she the size she will always be?

Probably, but maybe not.

Most chins are full gown at about 8 months. Some, though, continue to grow until they are about 18 months.

Depends on the chinchilla. Some colors and lines can grow as long as 18 months like Becky said.
