We always have: turkey, dressing & stuffing, baked sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, red cabbage (sweet with bacon) squash, green bean casserole, rolls, fruit fluff, cranberry sauce from the can still looking like the can! AND pumpkin pie (which I don't like) and something chocolate--this year I made my famous french silk pie.

What about you?

I'll have turkey(one roasted,one smoked),dressing,sweet potatos,mashed potatos,gravy,broccoli,rolls,cranberry sauce and pumpkin trifle.

OK ,now I'm hungry!

Satsumas, my poor little 3' tall tree had so many it split in half. I've picked about 100 off of it, 20lbs of them are traveling to Seattle with me tomorrow!

Otherwise I have no idea. During any given family gathering only about 60% of the food is edible. They have the best intentions but are terrible cooks. :p

AHHHHHH. Laurie, your post made me think about it... I completely forgot to buy rolls! Oh god lord. I'm all comfy in my PJ's and now I have to leave. This is the third time today I've gone to the same store for things forgotten.

Tara, you shoulda come up here.

Turkey, mashed taters and gravy, dressing, homemade mac 'n cheese, greenbean casserole, cranberry bread, homemade bread, ranch cheese ball covered in almonds, deviled eggs, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and I bought a cheesecake from Wal-Mart that has 12 slices, 3 slices each of something disgustingly fattening with chocolate chips, or chocolate swirls, or white chocolate, or raspberry.

We'll eat around 4:00 if anybody wants to come, but you'll have to wrassle for the cheesecake. :)

Veggie tray, chips/crackers and dip, deviled eggs, turkey, ham, green bean casserole, steamed mixed veggies, twice baked potatoes with cheese and bacon crumbles, crescent rolls, corn bread pudding, who knows what kinds of pies, apple crisp, homemade whipped cream, red and white wine (skipping!), sparkling grape juice (for the pregnant woman and 3 year old), and pop (thank GODS!).

All the traditional fixings turkey, ham, 3 different kind of potatoes, stuffing, pies, etc... as well as Arroz con gandules and lechón (rice with pigeon peas and pork) and lots of cuba libres (rum & coke) :D

Even though it's just Andrew and me, we still cook a ginormous meal so we have leftovers to last us a while! On the menu is: honey glazed ham, baked red snapper, rice, stuffing, rolls, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, pumpkin bread, and a chocolate cream pie. Oh, and a few bottles of wine and champagne. And yes, he must help in the kitchen so that he may partake in the nomness...lol.

Oh lets see, the Usual t-bird, stuffing, the yucky oyster dressing, creamed onions, again YUCK, turnip mash, ewwww, taters okay but LUMPY, Giblet gravy( I bring my own). Sweet potates in cassarole and plain, green beans in olive oil and garlic, rolls, cranberry sauce, umm not sure what else but know i can fill up on stuffing sweet potates and turkey and be VERY happy.

Tofurkey! Yummy! Green bean cassarole, mashed taters :) and some stuffing. I like traditional thanksgiving food. My partents are making cajun food.

whatever I decide to order at the local diner. I will have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday. I invite very good friends every year the weekend after. I will make a 21 lb turkey, turnips, sweet potatoes, reg. potatoes, creamed onions, a New England style stuffing (made with sausage) and a green veg. Usually have ice cream for dessert after the meal 'settles down'
