What kind of potato are you?

I was thinking tonight how not everyone in my family picks the same potato choice. Then it got me thinking about potato choices and this is what I came up with

Fries: fun and outgoing

Mashed Potatoes: comfortable and easygoing

Baked Potato: a classic friend, very loyal

Sweet Potato: sassy and sexy!

My dad always picks fries, which cracks us up when ordering steak! I'm usually a baked potato person out to eat but mashed potato gal at home. But WHENEVER I get the chance I pick Sweet Potatoes! Yep if I can get em sweet potato fries, baked sweet potato with sugar and cinnamon on it and definitely mashed sweet potatoes!

I guess I'm everything but fun and outgoing!

That a tough one for me.Theres not much you can do to a potato that I won't eat it.
One time I was even in a resteraunt in NOLA where they served little spicy boiled ones at the table like bread.It was so good!

I really dislike fries.

I love love love mashed potatoes, especially with cream cheese in them and/or red potatoes.

I also eat the skin of the potato, does that mean anything?

I love them all, but I have to say, living in Northern Ireland, we are very partial to CHAMP which is mashed potatoes with lashings of butter and scallions mixed in with it.
(Scallions are spring onions lol)
