what is this?

so for the past few days ive seen this on my chin. its like a small group of hair that is sticking out. i tried to get a couple pictures

just want to make sure that its normal. he had a few of them on his back when i first got him but they are gone now. hes very finicky about me touching him or picking him up. he is the only chin that I have so i know its not from another one.

He is a cutie, yeah you can use a regular comb and help him a little, and good dust a couple times a week. It's just normal shedding (priming)

You can remove it. Gently "pluck" it out ) It will come right now and he will look as good as new. Its normal. My chins get them sometimes.
