What is she doing?!

So I let Bessie (female, 2 years old) out to run for around an hour every night or at least every other night. In addition to hopping around like a bat out of heck, she's also started doing this...

She comes up to my feet and furiously rubs her front paws against them, then positions herself sort-of-on-them-sort-of-off them and kind of... humps them. Am I allowed to say that? I don't know how else to put it.

Is this normal for a female? (She is very dominant.)

Yep. Normal. Sounds like a combination of snuggle and grooming. It means she likes you, or at least your feet.

Chins have a weird fascination with feet! It's true! When we had Gordon he used to hide underneath things and as soon as he would see Stewart walk by he would run out and charge and Stewart's feet. Only his too! never mine! I suppose though with size 15 feet aka "boats" it's kind of hard to miss those bad boys!

It was something we really used to laugh at!

I don't know Ash do you have werewolf toes? Are they hairy? Maybe Bessie is trying to get a boyfriend?!

Baba is my chinnie with the feat fetish but he hasn't cuddled with my feet since the move. He use to do a quick dig then a foot shuffle on and off my feet. I don't think every chin does it but it isn't too abnormal.

Amy does it, but only on men's shoes, go figure. I always thought it was some sort of scent marking? Like maybe she was staking out "her" territory?

Same thing here, they love attacking Davids feet. He doesn't mind, but it makes me crazy so I have to wear slippers in their room.

You're sure she's a she?! LOL I have had females who would do something kind of like that, but not so much the humping action, but kind of scoot oddly to me. I guess they all have their quirks.

My girl Anabel will dig at my feet to push me out of the way if I'm standing in front of where she wants to go (like the big long PVC pipe they like to play in). Basically its her saying "Get outta my way!", but she's never humped me.
