Ok, these have been growing and having flowers for several months now, and more recently have also been trying to take over my car. One got a bright yellow little thing the size and shape of my thumb, but something destroyed it before I got a picture. However I got a picture of one that is still green.

The larger, more car aggressive plant has something bright, yellow, and the size and shape of a small gnomish space ship. This vine is headed for my house and carport, quite large, and growing around 6" per day in all directions.

Soo..... what are they? :D

In my unexpert opinion they are some type of squash. eroomlorac looks to identified them pretty well. :)

Yep, I agree, definitely squash of some sort. The green one (that you said turns yellow) looks like a yellow squash.

Yep, squash. No clue from just the flowers what kind, but the leaves were the give-away for me. You can probably train some in one area to grow away from your car (why does all the flora at your new place want to eat your car?) and give it the season to ripen, then we might be able to figure out what kind it is, if it's useable and if it's worth keeping around. You can always just stick some ripe ones in a basket and make a sign "Squash $1.00 each. Leave money under the rock" or something. :)
