Wet Nose

I noticed today that Splinter, one of my boys, had a little bit of a wet nose after feeding him his Critical Care food. This is something new but of course concerns me since he's been battling weight loss, etc. for a few weeks. I already set up a vet appointment for tomorrow morning... but any thoughts?

I would have the vet look real close for a upper respiratory infection.

Checked very carefully by the vet and no URI... yippy!!!! Trying to figure out now if it's possible allergies...
