we about got into a car crash lastnight

we were coming home from a dinner with all the ppl that work for ottawa county when this lady passed us and this other guy passed us going 50-60mph and hit the breaks and turned his car compelet around and want into a diuck well we stoped our car dusty want out to see if the guy was ok by the time dusty got to the guy was smoking a cigg. he got out of his car and looked at his car his one tire was compelet off.

He told dusty i'm just going to walk to holland and we're in the middle of no where the ppl behinde us stoped to help the guy was a off duty cop.

come to find out the guy was going to leave and have the lady take him to hamalton. but the cop stoped him.


HE WAS WASTED OFF HIS BUTT i had to hand my phone off to a lady b/c i was going crazy and wasn't able to give the 911 person good idea of were we where.

i am just glad we are all ok. the cop asked us to give a statement and stuff. another GOOD REASON NOT TO DRINK!

They just changed the law in Illinois for D.U.I. - 1st timers have to pay $4000 for the "breathalizer" to be installed in their car, and that checks them every 15 minutes! Plus fines and court costs and a lawyer - could total $10 grand and up! Hope it works here, and spreads across the nation!

Shoot - wish that'd been in effect when the judge that just happened to be "my" judge since my divorce back in 2002 was arrested for DUI the other night. Stupid woman.... but KUDOS to the cop that knew it was her and pulled her over anyway! YAY for him!
