Vegas!

Well, this is the closest I may get to the Nevada city, I'm not much for gambling. This was a spur of the moment decision, totally unplanned to keep. I was originally only supposed to be holding onto him for Mish, but after looking at his picture and deciding it'd be unfair to make her drive 3 hrs for him, I made the decision to keep him here. So yes, his cage is a bit bare, but I've got fleece stuff on the way and am heading to the pet store tomorrow to get him some more toys and stuff. Not sure if I'll be adding a buddy for him or not, so far I've been giving him plenty of attention, he just hangs out with me when I'm not working haha. But! Without further adieu... Vegas! (Thanks again Mish! You are awesome!)

Haha Mish, he's such a chub. I want to get a scale so I can weigh the babies to see how they're coming along, so maybe I'll throw him on it too haha. Lexi's a big girl, too! I'll have to have Margaret get pics of her and the other girls.

Ok, Mish. Vegas weighed in at a whopping 613g. Um, he outweighs some of my chins, he's a fattie! LOL

I also did a "no-no" but couldn't help myself because I know that Vegas is gonna get lonely when I'm at work. A few weeks back, I'd seen an add for rat pups on CL, and I emailed to see if any males were available, so I went and picked up a 6 week old rex guy. He and Vegas are doing great, Vegas is being really gentle with him. He needs a name, btw...

I also got some stuff today at the store to fill the cage up a bit more, until the fleece I have on order comes.
