urgent!!! please help!

My chinchilla has a dark red spot on her right ear and a couple of smaller red dots around it I'm pretty sure there's nothing wronge with her left ear expect a small red spot that might not be new and I'm just being paranoid o know chins can get heat stroke easily but the room is VERY cool so there's no way it could be that but just encased I put some lunch box ice packs in with something covering it so her for can't get wet

Can you take a picture that isnt so blurry?? Its hard to tell if its like a rash or broken blood vessels or what from this one...

its really hard to see exactly what that is. i know you said the room is cool, but is it "cool" to you cuz the fan is creating a chill? cuz chins cant feel that. sometimes when they sleep, they pull their ears close to their heads and they get a bit warm and red.

just my thoughts. but if its not a cluster of blood vessels, im not sure what else it could be.

It looks like a rash of some sort honestly from this picture but it's hard to tell anything really - I would think if it was just blood vessels from being hot both ears would be similarly colored but she says the other ear is fine.
