Dusty and i are doing ok ****oo passed away may 21st SweetPea is doing good my mom is getting a dog for me for my b-day. nothing eles to talk about so i hope everyone is having a good summer.

p.s. i am on a new dite called the Dash Dite fresh food only no boxed or bag.

we are getting a adult from the pound and ****oo died of cardiac arrest. we want to get a mutt.

My oldest son has high blood pressure and his doctor recommended the DASH diet to help control his blood pressure. I think it is a very healthy, very effective diet if followed correctly. Good luck on the diet. It certainly has helped lower my son's blood pressure.
