Twilight Series

I just started reading Twilight... I got an E-Reader for Christmas, so I am making good use of it!

Anyone have a favorite book in the series? Least favorite?

I can't say that I had a favorite book. I read them all so fast that I couldn't really tell where each book starts and stops, but maybe that's because I read the pdf versions instead of buying the books. Breaking Dawn was very decent, but dragged out too far IMO, it took too long to get to the point.

i read them so fast too last year............that i had to read them again this year! I really enjoyed them more the second time and I love the series.
i am currently reading the Sookie Stackhouse series that the HBO True Blood show is based on. I am only on the first book, but so far....so good.

im reading, i don't know what you'd call it, maybe Bob lee swagger series. Enjoyable, movie potential.

yep. they have a whole series. I guess actually im only on the sequel but it is equal if not better than shooter, i was surprised. They have maybe 5 im not sure, maybe more.

I read the Twilight series last year.. My favorite was book 3 (Eclipse), my least favorite was book 2 (New Moon).. It was a total chore to have to read it.

Okay, I started Twilight back when I posted this. By Jan 17 I was only up to pg 45! I just didn't have time to read... so on the 17th I sat down to read and as of yesterday, Jan 25 at 6pm, I was done with the whole series!!! I am not sure yet how I would rank them... I wasn't looking forward to New Moon bc I heard a lot of bad reviews on it, but I actually got thru it really quickly! So glad I finally got around to reading these!

Did any of yall read the portion of Midnight Sun that Stephenie has on her site? I LOVED it... praying she finishes it!

I liked Breaking Dawn best and the first book the least. BUT then I read the Midnight Sun excerpt online, and once I saw it all from Edward's perspective, it made me like the first book better. I have read the first Sookie book and can't wait to read the rest. I also watched the first episode of True Blood on my iPod, but I want to read more of the books before I watch the rest of the shows . . .

Chris, I see Twilight totally different now too after reading that portion of Midnight Sun!!! I always thought the whole "fell in love in two seconds" thing was way out there, but seeing Edwards point of view made me see it all differently and it actually makes sense... afterall, he waited a century for that kind of feeling!

I honestly don't think she's going to, and if she does, it's going to be a LONG time coming.

Yeah i heard about it too. Someone stole her script and published online or something. Then she gave up completing min-night sun. But I'm not sure if that is true.

Got the Short Second Life of Bree Tanner today... It was good! I liked being able to 'see' what Bella couldn't.
