Tube Covers?

I have several of those cardboard tubes but I'm unsure what size covers I need for them. The last 2 I've ordered were two big for the tubes.

How do I figure out the size cover I need for them?

What is the length of the tube and the inside diameter?

I have no idea, to be honest. I ordered like 10 of them a long time ago and only have 3, maybe 4 left. I ordered fleece covers for some of them and they covers are to big for them. They are really loose on them.

To figure out the length and diameter, just measuring it with a ruler would work?
