I won some tickets to Comedy Cafe--no big deal it happens all the time. So I'm at work (3rd shift) when I get the email. Then I scroll down to the dates we can go and Headlining next week is . . . Mike Kosta!!!!
Our absolute favorite guy!!!! I screamed in glee! Then I was bummed because I couldn't call any of my family because of the fact they were all sleeping! So I called our friend, Chuck, who works 2nd shift because I knew he would be up.
This is SO exciting. It will be on Saturday the 2nd and Lisa will have treatment the Friday before so she'll be feeling good. My whole family is going with some of our "little" cousins. Not so little now but as my dad is 13 years older than my Uncle John we always called the girls our "little" cousins.
Funny thing is, just Sunday night at bowling we were talking about Mike Kosta and how funny he is. Then this happens!
Every once in awhile God is throwing me a bone! Thanks God!
