Last night my little lady was a WILD CHILD!!! I'm not too sure if it is her time of the month (I also don't know what to look for) or if she is just more comfortable around me. I've had her for about a month and the pet store told me she was about 4 months old when I bought her.
She ran around for 3 hours last night. This is not like her normally. She usually takes a break and pretends she is a statue.

That's really something. I would think that she would get tired after a while. Sedona was the same way last night just hyper and didn't want to be put back in her cage but I wanted to go to bed so maybe tonight I will let her stay out longer. :)

She was NUTS last night. She was jumping off me, furniture, walls, and anything else she could find. There was even the discovery that she can jump from the floor to the top of her cage. Her cage is 30" tall. I had to catch her and put her back in her home. Normally after an hour or two she goes in on her own and falls asleep.

Maybe it's the weather.. Your ca to and where I live in Ca we are having rain storms... maybe she's trying to tell you something.. they say animals know... LOL

My chin also has some serious stamina. He can run on those little legs like crazy for hours and stops barely at all. Its amazing.

I was also going to say the weather - with all the rain you've been having out there!
The news just said be aware of mudslides, but they're here - what could they know??

It might have to do with the weather. It has been storming here. I'm about an hour away from the areas that have mudslides. I hope she is just getting more comfortable with her home. She did let me pick her up last night and hold her. That was huge!!!
