well, the mother did say there were no drugs in the bong, so perfectly acceptable play toy! Don't you all think so??? Obviously the baby has seen the bong in use, since he had his mouth and finger in the correct placements...very sad!

I think that a picture with just a kid holding a water pipe isn't bad. I know several people who use them for the sole purpose of smoking tobacco. I own several that I got as gifts, and they have never been used. I looked at the picture and it just looks like he's holding it to me but I guess I can take notes on how to hold them properly lol.
If I have little cousins that want to look at mine, I don't mind. Mine are pieces of art to me. But then, my cousins are 7 and up, I don't think that a child of 11 months should be playing with something made of glass, if the mother was indeed smoking pot with her water pipe then her child should definately not have been handling the pipe, and yes the picture would indeed be inappropriate. The mother definately has a questionable character, no doubt about that.
And before anyone thinks of jumping down my throat... I'm not defending or endorsing her actions

This reminded me about a debate about people smoking pot around their animals. I think those people should have their pets taken away. And yes, if she is doing illegal stuff around her kid, or letting her kids handle the stuff to do illegal stuff, then yeah I can agree with her potentially losing her kid.
