I think my wisdom tooth is growing back, lmao. I know that's impossible, but I'm really, really, thinking something is happening.
The last 3 days my gum has been sore, insanely so, I just felt of it now and it feels like a tooth is trying to cut through, which is impossible because I had my wisdom teeth pulled (2 were pulled, 2 were cut) when Happy Feet first hit DVD (Forgot when that was, but as soon as I got out of the chair in my drugged up stupor I demanded Happy Feet.)

What in the world could this be? I don't want to go to the dentist over nothing, so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I haven't experienced this personally, but if there's one thing I've learned, it's that NOTHING is impossible when it comes to the human body. I read about a kid who had three sets of teeth - baby teeth, adult teeth, and a set in between. It didn't specifically mention his wisdom teeth, but I don't see why there couldn't be an extra tooth back there.

Oh, it's possible!!!!

I had both of my wisdom teeth pulled and a few months later, felt something poking through back there and hurting real bad - well they had forgotten a piece of a tooth!

They had to freeze me and go and cut it out. So definately, entirely possible!

Oh snap...Not what I was wanting to hear haha. Better than "It's a parasite" but I hate the dentist. They get so violent with my teeth. Eh...I guess I'll be going in on Monday...Crap >.>

Yea, I used to be a dental assistant, and you could have a bone fragment working it's way back up to the gumline. You really should see your dentist and have an x-ray taken to see if that is what it is or if you have something else going on. If the area is really bothering you, then it isn't a waste of time to see your dentist. A small problem can get big really fast.

True, I just tend to have a negative outlook on medical attention. My parents raised me to think "If you're not dying, you don't need a doctor" and actually didn't take me to get my wisdom teeth taken out until it hurt to the point I wouldn't eat. Of course they were raised the same way so I can't really blame them. I dunno....I hate going to the dentist, I'd rather have a toe cut off I do believe...I guess I can bite the bullet and make an appointment for Monday though.
