1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium eggs
1/4 cup water

mix flour and salt make a hole in the mix and add the eggs knead and add water.

mix until it is stiff let it rise for 20 mins under a towel, than roll it out really thin and let it rest for 2hours or less if you choces. cut into 1/2inch wide.

drop in boiling broth or water.

crockpot coke chicken and homemade egg noddles.

Now that you've made me hungry, what's the time difference from you to Chicago time?

it's 2:58pm i'll save you some. :) i'll take a pic for you

it's 2:58pm i'll save you some. :) and we are also having BLT blitz dip 1 cup mayonnaise 1-2 tomatoes diced 1 cup bacon bits salt and pepper to taste. in the crockpot they all go serve wotj crackers and chips YUM YUM :p

i didn't mean to post it two times.

Just to clarify.. the BLT Blitz ingredients all go in the crockpot? So, it's a hot dip or it needs to be cooked some before serving it?

I'm going to try your fresh egg noodles recipe, too :wink3:

Amanda,

Just wanted to say this also tastes really delicious with root beer. I use A & W diet root beer. We have this on buns sometimes instead of rice or noodles as a shredded type chicken barbeque sandwich.

yes you put all the BLT in the crockpot and that sounds great with the A&W i'll have to give it a try.

Coke chicken and ketchup? That sounds terrible but really intriguing what does it taste like? (I'm not trying to offend you I would just never think of these ingredients together!! Then again I'm a terrible cook!)

The egg noodles come out okay, but I like my original recipe better. ;)

As for the mayo and other stuff in the crockpot ..had to pass... the more I thought of the combo, the more my heart ached. It's an artery clog waiting to happen!

I am curious to know how slow-cooked aspartame tastes, though. Is there a particular reason you use "diet" soda for these recipes? (If it's a glucose/insulin issue, I would think that other factors would be influential also.)

..and no, I'm not trying to be a jerk! I am genuinely curious.
